Penelope Twemlow

Penelope is a multi-degree qualified professional with 16 years’ experience in strategic and operational management, project and risk management, and governance and compliance. During her 10.5 years of service in the Royal Australian Navy, Penelope undertook strategic level appointments in project, human resource, risk and emergency management, as well as being a member of the Australian Defence Force Investigative Service.  

Penelope is the Founder and Chair of Women in Power whose mission is to promote and improve the electrical and electrotechnology industry by the advancement of women within it. She is also the Chair of the Queensland Electrical Safety Education Committee on behalf of the Electrical Safety Officer and a committee member of the National Association of Women in Construction.

Kathi Tait

Kathi Tait, the Baldwarrior, is an Author, Speaker, Podcaster, Transformative Coach & Management Accountant. As the founder of the Baldwarrior Movement, which spreads awareness of Alopecia and fights body image social norms, she inspires women globally to start believing in themselves, take back their power and live authentically by sharing her personal struggles of death, bullying, domestic violence, self sabotage and single parenthood.
Kathi is one of the hosts of the podcast Bald and Blonde – Mindset Evolution with another coach from Florida Keys and its debut has been a hit. They are now heard in 26 countries! Her first book “Baldwarrior – My Journey from Self Sabotage to Self Love” is pending publishing this year. Kathi takes the stage as often as possible at schools and events to spread her message and loves to do guest appearances on podcasts as well. She is determined to impact the world and help others take their power back from social norms.

Josie Thomson

Josie Thomson is a multi-award winning coach, speaker, trainer, business owner, author and single mother of two.

Josie knows what it’s like to face the odds as a two-time cancer survivor and has proven that odds can be beaten. She speaks from first hand experience about bouncing forward with a ‘post-traumatic growth disorder’ and about how to reframe adversity into opportunities for triumph and success.

She is living proof that winning and succeeding in life is a mindset, and she teaches others how to embrace change due to their encounters with life challenges, sometimes in radically positive ways.

Renee Bailey

Renee Bailey is a Registered Clinical Nutritionist (Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) with the Nutrition Society of Australia, a qualified Permaculture Design Consultant, cook, sustainable food advocate, entrepreneur, as well as a wife and a mother of two girls. 

She is the owner and founder of Homegrown – Gourmet, Harvest, Gardens, and has recently started Defining Health, a clinical nutrition clinic. Renee has also owned and run, Green Machine, a garden maintenance and building management company for 10 years and ran The Ashgrove Spinal Centre, a chiropractic health clinic, with her husband (a Chiropractor) for 15 years.

Dr Marcia Becherel

Dr Marcia Becherel is a Personal Transformation Facilitator and the creator of NEI MethodTM (Neuro Emotional Integration). Expanding beyond her academic qualifications as a MD and PhD, Marcia found her purpose and mission in facilitating personal transformation. Her gift is to assist people to identify and break through the conscious and unconscious emotional roadblocks that are holding them back from stepping into their truth. Marcia is also the Co-founder and CEO of Mastery to Success, as well as a Certified Demartini Method Facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner, NET and Time Line Therapy practitioner. 

Amanda Reboul

Amanda, also known as the Bubble Diva, is a mother of three who, after her voyage of discovery to the great unknown, found herself married 2 years later to the French man sitting beside her on her original flight out of Australia. During her time in France, she became inducted as a ‘Chavalier-Sabreur’ (sabering knight) with the Confrerie du Sabre d’Or, an association founded to promote the enjoyment of drinking champagne with the Art of Sabrage. She is now back in Australia, and runs a gourmet food and wine business, The Truffle Man. 

Amanda was a finalist in the 2014 Vin de Champagne Awards professional division recognising her knowledge of champagne to be one of the best in the country. In 2018, Amanda was accredited with a Master Level Champagne Cert. from the Wine Scholars Guild and. in 2019, she passed the WSET Level 3 certification with merit. Amanda continues to share her passion for champagne, not only through her blog ‘Tasting the Stars’ but also via privately run master classes, key note speeches and corporate functions. 

Kay Ridge

Kay Ridge is a qualified Social Media & Marketing Advisor, and the Creator and Solution Solver of Dash-Social, a business created from a passion for blending social media and the love of assisting businesses to achieve maximum exposure through social media. With more than 25 years of knowledge building, Kay has been involved in small business, sales & marketing, logistics, corporate, government and insurance. Her qualifications in social media and marketing, travel and real estate bring to the table a unique sense of marketing, backed by business. 
 
Kays current roles include Founder Dash Social, a marketing company, President of the Maleny Chamber of Commerce, Panelist on the Digital Toolkit Q&A Panel, Facilitator Hot & Healthy Academy in Business, Advisor/Educator for the Australian Small Business Advisory Services (ASBAS), federally subsidized program, Agency Alternative Partner. Most recently, in July 2021, Kay took on the position of Lions Australia Q3 Marketing and PR Chair.

Elizabeth Zielinski is the Creative Director and Founder of Styled By Elizabeth. With a background in Marketing Management (Griffith University), Diploma of Applied Fashion Design & Technology (Sydney Technical College) Interior Design & Professional Styling Academy (Melbourne), Elizabeth delivers carefully personalised, styling and design consultations for all your styling needs including interior Design, Personal Styling or for Professional Styling.  

Elizabeth has collaborated on events for FashFest Canberra – unique runway shows for local and international fashion, arts and cultural talent. Red Carpet, Teen Choice Awards, Las Angeles. She is also a regular expert contributor to business groups & editorials.   With over 30 years’ experience, Elizabeth ensures she creates a wonderful experience, providing her clients with a new-found sense of freedom and knowledge. 

Jo Stevens

Jo is a Certified Mindfulness & Mindful Movement Coach and the founder of The Zen Zone. Her goal is to empower clients using simple techniques to un-clutter their mind and live life to the fullest. Jo is also an accredited Mental Health First Aide Officer and is passionate about supporting others to take control of their mental wellbeing, step out of their comfort zone and learn to accept themselves for who they are.

Aliya Amtul Kareem

Karen Jacobsen

Karen Jacobsen is an Australia-born and New York-based entertainer, singer, motivational speaker, voice-over artist and songwriter. You might also know her as the Australian voice of Siri. Karen’s speaking voice is in over 400 million GPS units and smartphones worldwide giving directions. Melissa Meagher

Melissa has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working previously as a financial planner, stockbroker and seminar delivery specialist.  Melissa has worked with a variety of different employers – from large financial institutions such as Sunsuper, Suncorp and Westpac to small boutique financial planning firms.

With a passion for finance and making a difference in people’s lives, Melissa was naturally drawn into financial planning.  But while working in the industry she realised there was a strong need to educate and coach people around managing their money. Melissa consolidated all her knowledge around finances and her love of working with people and created her own Money Coaching business called Talking Money.
