With over 30 years business experience and having worked on a range of start-up and business projects from boot-strapped to $10 million AUD, Nicole built her own successful international coaching practice in 2010. Nicole specialises in working with female founders and business owners to empower them to start, run and grow their businesses without burnout.
Nicole was appointed in 2019 as an Advisor for the Australian Small Business Advisory Service, a Federally-funded business advisory service, and provides Success Coaching to hundreds of postgraduate Business students at Torren’s University Australia. In 2020 during the Covid crisis, Nicole recognised a critical need for affordable, practical and accessible coaching and training for women and founded the Hot & Healthy Academy.
The Academy is the leading online support and education platform for women in small business and has an ambitious mission to reach 1 million women by 2030.
Facebook Australia have already committed their support by fully funding 20 one year scholarships for women to the Academy. A passionate coach, business advisor and educator Nicole has created digital marketing platforms (podcast, TV, magazine) and innovative training programs that grow personal brands and small businesses.

Nicole has a postgraduate degree from Deakin University, studied Human Resource and Organisational Development at Southern Cross University, is a Graduate Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a Master NLP Practitioner and Coach. For fun, Nicole is currently studying Yoga Teacher Training.
